Value Delivered
Gary ensures that Kilgust applies its extensive mechanical systems expertise and exacting industry knowledge in ways that satisfy its clients' demanding requirements and high expectations. To achieve this, he integrates a high level of personal integrity with his substantial food and pharmaceutical processing plant experience. As a result, clients get trustworthy, expert assistance in installing and maintaining the high-performance equipment and systems they need to comply with all plant standards ("Good Manufacturing Practices"), as well as USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and FDA (Food & Drug Administration) sanitation and purity guidelines. In addition, he works with industry vendors to design and fabricate products that enable fast, complete sterilization and bacteria-free maintenance. In all of these ways, he helps the division play a vital role in maintaining the health and safety of its clients and their customers alike.

Gary has more than 26 years of experience. Before coming to Kilgust to head its industrial division, he was employed by a local mechanical contractor, where he installed and maintained mechanical systems and process equipment at Oscar Mayer, Patrick Cudahy and other food plants. He also developed expertise in stainless steel metal fabrication, as well as a knowledge of such industry specialties as high-purity orbital welding, high-pressure steamfitting, hot oil pipe installation and hydraulics.
Gary completed his apprenticeship through Local 18 of the Sheet Metal Workers Union International Association. He has also undergone special training in industrial ventilation systems and millwright work.
The Personal Side
The father of two grown boys, Gary enjoys touring on his Harley-Davidson, fishing and reading books on history.
